Hello there,

At first you need to discuss with your own committee members in your own condo. You have to raise this to them so they will explain the situations to you. In Stratified Buildings, anything you wanted to do you must go through with the committees under strata management Act.

Having EV charging ports in your own condo is not a simple process. The committee usually need to do open tendering and select the most suitable service provider to install the EV charging stations. There are a lot of regulations have to complied to make sure the installations are safe.
