How to control the foreigner rental at apartment since many residents not agree with that matter.

Hello, that is difficult to do but maybe one of the suggestion may help you. Your JMB or MC may set up a by law to control the estate agency activity by having registered estate agent under your apartment. Such exercise may filtered out the naught agent who do not follow the market rate. However, this is a free market. We could not limit the pricings which put by the owner. The owner themselves have to do what is needed to control the price together. This is just a suggestion. Hope this will help you
