I have 3 ques.
Is the JMB fund to pay social security(EPF, SOCSO, etc) of secondment staff fr mgmt(employer)?
If a legal summon has the mgmt and security as defendants, should the JMB fund foot the legal defense fee?
Is there an itemize maintenance schedule guideline for yearly fire fighting repairs/replacements, to minimize over proposal?

1) If the committee hiring the Management Company to manage your building, the committee should pay the social security (EPF, SOCSO) or any other related charges complying to Employment Act.
2) As long as the committees has the consensus from majority, this is the sole discretion from the management committees. The fund to assist them have to be reasonable as it will be questioned in the AGM.
3) Please refer to your building drawings especially in Fire Fighting As per building Drawings
