I am writing to express my concern regarding the ongoing lift problem at our apartment that has persisted for months. Despite multiple reports to the management, it appears that a solution has not yet been found. The latest response we received indicated that the vendor needs to order spare parts.
Given the duration of this issue, please advise on the steps we should take to expedite the resolution.
Your prompt attention to this matter is highly appreciated, as the lift problem continues to inconvenience many residents.

Hello, thanks for dropping your question here. The group that can make the decision on all these will be the duty or responsibility of joint management bodies or management committee. Please find your committees ASAP to address the issues. If any further delayed because of the inefficiency from the management committee, the residents shall consider to do AGM or EGM asap to change the whole committee.
If the lift company is not doing well, the management committee can change the company immediately.
