i have a question regarding my unit in Jelita Court (Jalan Yap Kwan Seng). I lodged my complaint of leaking on 19.09.2024 and yet to date16.12.2024, management still hasn’t carry out the inspection and issue Form 28. The management office kept on advise me directly laise with upper floor owner. The management  floor kept on drag the time. Please advise, what should I do on this situation.

You can report to the C.O.B (Commissioner of building) at your own district. Jalan Yap Kwan Seng COB Office is located at DBKL. DBKL will send an official letter to the management office to look into your issue.
