I ve requested to update my name as the new owner of my unit for the past 1 mth so that i could start register the wooyoo apps for the residence. I ve written more than 10 emails to the mgmt off, called theboffice and even went to the off but didnt do anything till to date. As a result, i am not able to get qr for my giest, not able to pay bills etc. I do not know what else to do. Pls assist else i will take the matter to the authority.
