Good day I have 1 (one) question regarding the parking fee for visitor. Since parking fee not stated in House of Rules, appreciate if you can advice if management can implement parking fee for visitor. Thank you in advance.

Every fee collecting from the owner should be outlined clearly in the house rules. If the figure is not stated clearly, the motion shall be included in the AGM or EGM shall to be discussed and getting the majority consensus of this motion. Special resolution is required to amend any house rules. Hope it helps. Thanks
