Anybody can advise how to apply bnb license for strata title unit ?

At the moment there is no hotel license for bnb operation. Bnb operation depends on the building management house rules whether it's OK to operate in the building or if the house rule ban Airbnb in this building or landed residencial area. Unless you are operating units together with the commercial area of the building as hotel setting then you may apply a hotel business licence for the Strata title property.
