Supplier want to sue JMB due debts

We are  having a problem when becoming a committee. There is no document to trace as previously during MCO document loss.  Nov all  vendor  came to collect the debts by just submit  account statement.  The vendor want to sue us. What is advice can be done ?

  1. Please get all your contract ready and check if all is real
  2. Please get your bank statement ready and check if all payment is made
