Want to ask the MO staff wish to take vacation and caused the management office closed for few days, is it valid to do this way? Wondering the management office company no need replace a staff to work if someone is take medical, annual leave and emergency leave?

As long as the management office company got the consent from the committees, they are allowed to do so. Every arrangement have to comply to the terms and conditions which they have been agreed in the contract
