Would like to ask is it valid that the MO company staff take leave then office closed? This because from resident point of view that MO office should operate as usual except public holiday because the MO fee is paid for it and does not including the staff medical, annual and emergency leave, am I right?

As long as the management office company got the consent from the committees, they are allowed to do so. Every arrangement have to comply to the terms and conditions which they have been agreed in the contract
