I am the owner of KSL2. Since the beginning of this month, I have been asking whether the fire insurance has been renewed, as it is due to expire on 25th September. However, until today, I have only been told that it is still “in processing.”
This delay is very concerning. I would like to urge the management to handle this matter with more efficiency. Many small issues have also remained unresolved, which raises further doubts about the effectiveness of the current management.

This matter should be brought up to your Management Commitee of or JMB. Just to make things clear, we are not a government entity or representatives of any management body, despite being called JMB Malaysia. We are a private entity that provides services and assistance to JMB member. We hope the JMB in charge og KSL2 resolves this issue for you quickly.
