Can condo management cut water supply without notice due to a leak complaint?

I'm a renter living in a condo and the downstairs unit has complained about a leak in their bedroom. Without any prior notice, the management cut off my unit's water supply and I only found out after calling them. This has happened three times now, each time affecting a different room downstairs. Previously, I contacted the owner and they arranged for repairs twice but now there’s a new leak. Is the condo management allowed to cut off my water like this? What are my rights as a tenant in this situation?
