I wanted to ask any method to change the management party as they're irresponsible and throw balls to developer. We just VP but the management office staff is nto efficient at all.

Hello, usually the JMB or MC (committee which won in the election) would be able to make the decision under strata management act with majority votes in among the MC. You can request assistant from the registered property management consultant on this how to proceed with it. You can search on our page for Property Manager Contacts.
