Does JMB required to hold an EGM or AGM to get permission to change and terminate a security or cleaning service contract?

Hi DPalma, The law (Strata Management Act 2013) does not require an AGM or EGM just to change these contracts. The JMB committee can handle it, unless the by-laws say otherwise.
