most of homeowners are looking forward regarding establishing an ERT at Service Apartment is it possible to have at Service Apartment? can you share any JMB / MC did ?  may need example if other JMB / MC have ERT at their Apartment / Condo.

Yes you can do it. There is no restriction under the law. And it is a good practices if you all have it. You can refer on the google for further study as every JMB information are consider private and confidential.
