i have a question regarding my unit in Pangsapuri Seri Kembangan and i got Form 28 from management office stated clearly leaking is from external wall on 19.08.2024 and yet still hasn't resolve my leaking issue which is over 87 days. Please guide me (if) necessary, I wish to submit my case to tribunal if management office still ignore my complain. thank you

if you have all the forms , black and white documents ready as evidence. You may proceed to tribunal without waiting any longer. The tribunal may give award to you and instruct the Management office to do the rectification immediately and back charge to that owner.
