I had my package taken by another resident on 21 Aug 2025. After not having it returned 1 week later, I filed a complaint on 28 Aug 2025 with the management office and provided them with all the details (time and date it was taken, the person I had identified).
Today I found out, not only they have not taken any action in the matter, they are not even bothered. In fact they were not even in the office, one had taken an Nc the other guy was just not in. there were 2 other employees I spoke to that told me they don’t have any knowledge about anything. so who am I supposed to talk to? When even the manager of the office management isn’t bothered to show up to work? what is the next point of contact? am I expected to be causing a ruckus and going door to door checking in every unit to find out who the person is myself?

Cases like this are usually handled by the management office and if you've done your part in filing the complaint yet no action was taken, you can appear at the next AGM and enquire what is the management's response in handling matter like this, having an effective JMB/MC is crucial. We hope you are able to resolve this.
