Can management office cut my water supply without notice if I have outstanding of maintenance for 2 months and the manager also didn't want to discuss with me for partial payment and he also rude giving me remarks,shouting on the phone and threatened me every time when I manage to settled my bills. He also don't want to share the chairman phone number.
Do he have the right to do this?
I'm going thru stress and depression of his bully and threatening behaviour towards me.
I don't know where to reach out,hope this forum will give me guidelines what I can do about his action.

I am sorry for what you have experienced. The management can't cut your water supply under the law. Please make police report if you got threaten by them, report this to COB (commissioner of building) in government department.
They (Management office or Committee) should have discuss with you to have terms and conditions in repayment such like paying installment which is allowed under strata management stated in 3rd schedule section 6
Please report to Government Department, Police and also seek for help from other neighbor to help to stop their threatening
