I have a question regarding my unit in Residensi Enesta Kepong. My unit is situated below the water tank room, they got a water leak in the water tank room, this cause the water to leaked through their floor and through my unit’s ceiling. What can I do to make sure that my building’s management fixes the problem?

Make sure you have a reliable property management company, if not you shall request for a change or you join in to the JMB team to understand the whole insight, this is the only way you can make sure that your building is in good conditions.
For interfloor leaking cases happened to spoil your units ceiling, you can
1) make official complaint, and make sure your keep a filling for yourself
2) find all your official receipt showed how much you bought or invest for the ceilings, if there is
3) file into the tribunal to sue the JMB / MC for not or late rectifying the defect cause damages to your unit. Submit all your original receipt and ask for the damage claims in tribunal
