I have a question regarding my unit in Jelita Court (Jalan Yap Kwan Seng). I lodged my complaint about the leak on 19.09.2024, and as of today, 16.12.2024, management still hasn’t carried out the inspection or issued Form 28.
The management office keeps advising me to liaise directly with the owner of the unit above.
The management keeps dragging their feet on this matter.
Please advise on what I should do in this situation.
