Hi JMB Malaysia Team, Just to ask regarding multipurpose hall need to rental by residents. Management decided for residents required to rental the multipurpose hall and stated in HOR (Not discuss in AGM and EGM). On behalf of residents,they ask why required rental because residents paid the maintenance and sinking fund fee.   Seek your advice.Thank you in advance.

Hello, the use of common properties shall be stated clearly in the by law or house rules, some projects’s hall is chargeable for various reason.   As long as getting the majority consensus from AGM and EGM putting the conditions in the house rules or by law and vice versa.
