My JMB at condo has implement the card access for the lift. Unfortunately, they ask to settle the outstanding money. But we don't have money to pay now and only able to pay installment. what i can do?

I am sorry to hear that. We all aware the economy nowadays are really terrible. You can request to have installment plan with them which is legitimate under Strata Management Act. Please be aware of the consequence is serious if the payment is not settle up to date.
