2. Can the Management Charge for Motorcycle Parking Separately?

• Yes, but with conditions:
  • Any usage of common property (e.g., turning common area into bike parking) must be decided by the MC or JMB in a general meeting with proper resolution and owner consent (usually simple or special resolution depending on context).
  • If fees are imposed, they must be justified, transparent, and reflected in the house rules or budget approved by the owners.

3. You, as an Owner, Have Rights:
