I would like to ask opinion that if current property management office company only has one staff on duty, if the staff on leave such as medical leave, unpaid leave, emergency leave and etc. then the property management office company just give a notice to close the office and without replace a temporarily staff or deduct their service fee, is it eligible to do that?

This is all about the private agreement being engage by your MC. This is normal if the contract been agreed by both parties. You can raise your concern to your own MC or JMB on this.
