Our new VP jrk management is sucks , fail to give owners proper reply and blame on others. They should follow up with defect team not just tell us they just submit form for us and they don't bother to follow up. Can I know any method I can change this management party as most of the owners dislike this party.

Hello, usually the JMB or MC (committee which won in the election) would be able to make the decision under strata management act with majority votes in among the MC. You can request assistant from the registered property management consultant on this how to proceed with it. You can search on our page for Property Manager Contacts.
