Cable pull from the main fibre hub in the building to individual units - is this also part of JMB responsibility or individual owner has to take the responsibility? My building is fibre ready, however it is not available at each floor so if owners want to install TIME internet or UNifi, we need to get the contractor ourselves to pull the cable to our individual unit which costs $ and was told by JMB that I must bear the cost.
